By car
If you are arriving on the A71 (Orléans -> Clermont Fd):
After the aire des Volcans, take the A89 towards Bordeaux to exit 25 (Massif du Sancy).
Then follow the signs for Le Mont-Dore.
Pass through the village of Murat-Le-Quaire, still heading for Le Mont-Dore.
At the Les Planches traffic circle, turn right towards La Bourboule. The campsite is 50m ahead on the left.
If you are arriving on the A89 from Bordeaux or Lyon / St Etienne :
Take exit 25 (Massif du Sancy).
Then follow the signs for Le Mont-Dore.
Pass through the village of Murat-Le-Quaire, still heading for Le Mont-Dore.
At the Les Planches traffic circle, turn right towards La Bourboule. The campsite is 50m ahead on the left.
If you are arriving on the A75 (Montpellier -> Clermont Fd):
Exit Clermont-Ferrand (exit 2)
Then follow the signs for Le Mont-Dore/La Bourboule for about 60 km.
Pass through the village of Murat-Le-Quaire and follow the signs for Le Mont-Dore.
At the Les Planches traffic circle, turn right towards La Bourboule. The campsite is 50m ahead on the left.
By train
La Bourboule is accessible by SNCF bus from Clermont-Ferrand (via Gare de Bercy in Paris).
The campsite is 800m from the station, on the left as you leave the station.
